Overthinking is a Way of Life

Christopher J Pishaki

Software Engineer, Enthusiastic Human

My name is Christopher J Pishaki, and I am a third-year computer science student at California State University, Northridge. I am deeply passionate about programming, and I am always searching for new opportunities to test myself and hone my skills. Tackling unique and novel problems with eagerness and positivity is my modus operandi.

As a person, I enjoy talking to others and learning about their experiences and lives. I am always curious and open to new ideas, which has helped me to develop a broad perspective and an empathetic approach to problem-solving.

In addition to my studies, I have worked on a number of coding projects, my proudest being a standalone integrated report processor (I affectionately call IRP!) during my time as an intern at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. These experiences have helped me to develop a range of technical skills and to gain experience working collaboratively with others.

I am excited to continue pursuing my passion for programming and to explore new challenges and opportunities in the field.

If you've read this far, I'd like to leave you with a great quote:

"And so I found myself embarrassed with so many doubts and errors that it seemed to me that the effort to instruct myself, had no effect other than the increasing discovery of my ignorance."

                -René Descartes
